The Hotel is a great choice for travelers — it’s very close to Beppu Station, just a short walk away. Within four minutes, there’s a local public onsen nearby, and the front desk can provide single-use body wash and shampoo upon request, which is really thoughtful. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff are extremely helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. A comfortable and convenient place to stay if you’re exploring Beppu!

Good location and good service. The breakfast place is small and we need to book ahead. They make special arrange for my group of 6 pax to have breakfast early.

I stayed here for two nights with my girlfriend. The room was not big but enough for two people. I liked the fact that it is close to Beppu station and other restaurants in the area.

Business hotels in Japan are well known to be small so i wasn’t surprised at the size. Its acceptable for me since i will be utilising it for sleep only. Its literally next to Beppu station so commuting was extremely convenient. The amenities are good too and everything is clean. I had a pleasant stay. Most importantly its very affordable!

room is spacious. cleanliness is good. mattress & pillow are firm type. my complain got to be the high step to enter toilet. as this room was booked for elderly with wheelchair, it was very inconvenient for them.

I had a good stay, personnel is very fast kind and prepared. The hotel is next to a train station and I have light sleep so couple of time of woke up (first trains start running after 5). On the other side is very easy to reach and the train station is very central in the city (note that the famous onsen area is not near this train station)

Very impressive, location is next to station and staff is very helpful, Mio san (if I’m not wrong) is good at English she the others help me organize the trip. Bicycle rental and parking slot are available. Famous coffee shop is walking distance. Even there is no onsen here but u can go Hyotan onsen which is the biggest one for 15 mins, (onsen itself is 1480 jpy open til midnight) I’ll be back !

The hotel’s excellent location is just a short walk from JR Station. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Though compact, the hotel is cozy and well-equipped with all essential amenities.

Everything was great! The hotel is very near the station, making it super convenient. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, a very satisfying stay — would definitely come back!

The location is superb, close to the Beppu station, 10 minutes away from hotel to Donki by walk, and the front desk staff is polite and able to communicate in English. The breakfast is delicious too.

Great location , I was able to check out , grab a coffee at the station and catch a train all within 10min on my last day. The hotel offers bike rental service which was so handy as Beppu hells attractions are further away. I cannot speak highly enough of staff, who were so friendly. I was always met with a genuine smile and my requests were fulfilled and answered going above and beyond. The room size was really good compared to Tokyo or Osaka hotels. Lovely selection for breakfast. Must try: french toast.

It is clean hotel near by the Beppu JR station. It is on the other side of the popular area in Beppu, so there is no worry to be bothered by noise or strangers. Sometime I could hear the sound from the railway, but it was not too bothered compared to the noises from the next room. The wall of my room is too thin that I could even tell that there were three different couples lived next to me during the three night I stayed. I think maybe these two room had been one but was separated into two. And the chair in the room does not have back either.

This hotel is so close to the train station. Easy for us to push our trolley bags to the hotel. Room is clean and pyjamas provided free of charge. Will definitely recommend to those going to Beppu
